  • Review Website - Please review our website to understand the surrogacy process in greater detail, view fees associated with the process, and browse our available surrogate mothers.

  • Consult - Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to answer any questions that you may have on the surrogacy process.

  • Paperwork - If you decide to retain our services, you will need to sign our fee agreement, send in your first payment, and fill out our questionnaire. You will then be assigned a case manager.

  • Surrogate mother selection - You will be able to choose a gestational surrogate on our database who you would like to work with. Your case manager will connect you with the surrogate mother and facilitate a conference call. Browse our online surrogate mother database.

  • Fertility Clinic - If you are not already working with a fertility center, we will help you select a reputable center based on your location and needs. The fertility center will either perform your surrogate mother's pre-screening, or she will be screened at a fertility center close to her home. If you have not had your medical screening already, you will also need to be tested.

  • Legal Contract - We will refer you to an attorney to draft your surrogacy contract and review it with you. Your surrogate mother will have independent legal representation to review the contract with her.

  • Trust Account - All fees are to be held in escrow by an independent, licensed and bonded escrow agent, making sure your money is protected.

  • Fertility Treatment - Your IVF clinic/physician will give all parties a medical protocol to follow. Cycles will be synchronized and monitored. Our attentive and caring staff will keep you informed of cycle progress and guide you through your journey to becoming a parent.

  • Pregnancy - Hopefully upon the first embryo transfer, a positive pregnancy result will be received.

  • Birth Certificate - Your attorney will petition the court on week 20-24 of pregnancy to have your names on the birth certificate.

  • Delivery - Your baby or babies are born and it's time to rejoice!

  • International Parents - If you are an international parent, you will wait for your child(ren)’s birth certificate, which generally takes 5-12 days, and can then apply for a US passport as well as register your child as a citizen of your home country. You should plan on spending about 2 weeks in the USA after child birth.
